Tucker Robeson

In my civilian role with the U.S. Army Reserve, I work across facilities planning, real property, and operational improvement. My work includes facility inspections across multiple states, site and occupancy planning, renovation scoping, and representing the owner in design and cost reviews with architects and engineers. I also develop analysis and reporting tools with operations and accounting colleagues to support maintenance planning, financial oversight, and decisions about how facilities and resources are used.

A substantial part of my work involves helping teams manage complex responsibilities more consistently. I have led improvements to Real Property tracking, reporting, standard operating procedures, and staff training to strengthen compliance and establish shared practices. I also work with stakeholders and software developers to define requirements and lead user-interface development for an Army Reserve-wide system, currently under development, for tracking construction and major renovation projects. These efforts combine understanding the work itself, earning cooperation across organizational boundaries, and building tools that serve both daily execution and leadership decisions.
